High Path

Part of a large-scale regeneration project in Merton, providing 2000 new homes for residents

At High Path, we are regenerating one of Clarion’s largest estates. The existing 600 homes will become 2000, built around a new public park, a rejuvenated Merton High Street and an air source heat pump-based energy centre.

High Path Phase 2

Phase 2 is currently in progress with the build of 9 houses.
