The High Path regeneration will create a welcoming, green neighbourhood that provides a wide range of spacious new homes, as well as a new park and community facilities.
High Path is part of our £1bn Merton Regeneration Project creating 2,800 homes.
During extensive public consultations, High Path residents asked us for a safer and more pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood, and made it clear that keeping the community together was really important.
We will create:
• 1,704 new homes each with private outdoor space.
• New neighbourhood park with a play trail for children.
• New community centre with facilities for everyone.
• Commercial and retail space on Merton High Street.
